Dare to Dream Big for God January 15th, 2023

1. INTRODUCTION
   1. Last week I spoke about what I believe God wants to do in each of our of lives this year. I invited you to go on a journey with me that includes many Promises that God has given. Miracles that God wants to manifest in each of our lives, and Dreams that God wants to fulfill for you and for me! There is nothing God loves more than keeping promises, answering prayers, performing miracles, and fulfilling dreams!
      
   2. Today, lets talk about what some of those dreams are: What are your dreams in God? Are there things you are asking Him for in your times of prayer? Are there things that you long for God to do but they have been out of reach for you?—I believe today, God wants to begin to impart a level of faith and new vision that will cause those doors to open for you and those realities to manifest in your life.
      
      “When the Lord brought back the captivity of Zion, we were like those who dream. Then our mouths were filled with laughter, and our tongue with signing. Then they said among the nations, ‘the Lord has done great things for them’ The Lord has done great things for us”. (Psa. 126:1-3)
      
      “And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh, Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams...(Acts 2:17)
      
2. HOW BIG IS YOUR GOD
   1. Let’s stand back for a moment and take a look at the big picture: How big is your God? God said to Moses in Num. 11:23—Is there a limit to My power? Is there anything God cannot do? I believe some of us have been marinated in a spirit of lost hope and unbelief, and God wants you to start dreaming again! Last week is used the word “Audacious” about prayer. Audacious means: extremely bold or daring; recklessly brave; fearless. Extremely original. Without restriction to prior ideas; highly inventive. I believe God says today: Dare to dream big, for what I want to accomplish for you and for what you have not seen Me do hitherto, and begin to pray into those things with renewed intensity! God says—Today is the day of the fulfillment of dreams that I have placed inside of you that have laid dormant! Go ahead—speak them out loud!
      
      “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know” (Jer. 33:3) [great and mighty things—inaccessible things]
      
   2. I believe there are specific dreams that have been hidden and possibly long forgotten, inside each of us that God wants to release today. I am asking God to bring them to the front! Some of those will involve a new mindset and a new definition of God’s vision, provision, and blessing in your life!
      
3. A NEW SEASON OF GOD’S FAVOR

1. God wants to release a new season of favor in your life. Favor is when things happen for you that you did not anticipate or count on. When Moses pronounced a blessing over the tribes of Israel, He said this of Joseph:
   
   “Blessed of the Lord is his land, with the precious things of heaven, with the dew, and the deep lying beneath, with the precious fruits of the sun, with the precious produce of the months, with the best things of the ancient mountains, with the precious things of the everlasting hills, with the precious things of the Earth, and its fullness, and the favor of him who dwelt in the burning bush...” (Deu. 33:13-16).
   
2. I’m asking God—as we allow His dreams to come to the surface in us, to let the spirit of favor rest upon us! God, would You grant us Your favor in this season? May the things that we have believed for, and prayed for—the cry of our hearts—come to your ears, and may they be manifested in our lives in this hour!

IV. GOD KEEPS HIS PROMISES—HE WATCHES OVER HIS WORD

1. The Bible tells us God watches over His Word to perform it:The reason we are told to do this is because of passages like Jer. 1:12. When you dare to dream big for God—and you measure it against the Word of God(which is always to be our standard), and begin to declare it out loud, You will see that God will bring about mighty results! Because—God watches over His Word to perform it!!
   
   “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us” (Eph. 3:20).
   
   “Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Again, I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them” (Matt. 18:18)
   
2. The above verse involves 2 kinds of prayer—The prayer of binding and loosing, and the prayer of agreement. There is nothing God loves more than keeping His promises. He is actively watching and waiting for us to simply take Him at His word—the Word He is watching over!
   
   “The Lord is your keeper; The Lord is your shade at your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day, Nor the moon by night. The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore.” (Psa. 121:105)
   
3. Today, I want you to begin dream again: I want you to ask God to show you—Lord what are the dreams that you once gave me, that lie dormant in my life? God, I am asking You to reactivate those dreams! If you need someone to join with you in prayer and in faith, then please do so. Get a prayer partner over these next two weeks (During our 21-day fast), to covenant with you to pray the prayer of binding and loosing with you and the prayer of agreement.
   
   “This is the day that the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it” (Psa. 118:24)
